Daneyl Harris is a Los Angeles–based vocalist and performing artist whose journey is a powerful testament to resilience, determination, and the transformative impact of opportunity. Diagnosed in early childhood with Asperger’s syndrome and a cognitive delay, Daneyl was once told she might never fully communicate or live independently. Today, she continues to defy those early expectations—using her voice not only as an instrument of artistry, but as a platform for connection, expression, and inspiration.

A graduate with honors from the Performing Arts Magnet Program at Alexander Hamilton High School, Daneyl has demonstrated both academic and artistic excellence from an early age. She is currently pursuing an Associate Degree in Vocal Performance at Musicians Institute, where she continues to refine her craft and deepen her musical training.

Daneyl performs regularly at community, civic, and special events throughout Los Angeles, bringing warmth, soul, and authenticity to every stage she steps on. Her performance style blends emotional depth with a natural stage presence that resonates with diverse audiences. In addition to her musical work, she has also appeared as a child actress in television and independent film projects, further reflecting her creative range.

As a proud neurodivergent artist, Daneyl is committed to expanding perceptions of what is possible. She represents the immense talent, creativity, and potential within the neurodiverse community—helping to challenge outdated narratives while opening doors for others to be seen, heard, and celebrated.
